Minecraft has been known to be a peaceful and calm game. But, regulars don't know that Minecraft could also be one of the most entertaining game for some player-versus-player action. No one is overpowered, everyone has the same equipment capabilities. It's all about skills. How ever some do claim that using a PvP texture pack such as Eclipse Diamond 1.17.1 could help you improve.
It has been an ongoing debate for a long time that using packs created for PvP can help you in live action duels. It is possible though, some packs can actually help you boost your fps giving you a slight advantage over someone who isn't using one. Nevertheless, PvP packs look awesome.
What is Eclipse Diamond 1.17.1
Eclipse Diamond is a PvP texture pack for Minecraft 1.17.1 / 1.17 created by Soulless444. To be honest he is fairly new to the whole texture pack thing, however his work is already very good. Although this texture pack could use some improvements especially on the armor designs, it still looks great and is definitely worthwhile to use in UHC PvP since it has great FPS.
This PvP texture pack replaces all of your PvP related items such as swords, armor, tools and even horse armor. It's main purpose is to change the color scheme of diamonds to make it a bit darker. As if it was eclipsed by the powers of the moon - hence the name. If you have a strong device you can use BSL Shaders together with it to make the Minecraft look even cooler.
Is 1.17.1 Eclipse Diamond Worth the Download
Although there are other options which you can choose from, we still think Eclipse Diamond deserve a shot. Well done texture packs such as Celesta 32x Modern PvP Pack completely overshadow mediocre packs such as eclipse diamond. However, as we have stated, Eclipse Diamonds does have it's own appeal, plus it has good FPS. Give it a shot.
Although this texture pack is only 16x it can be installed and used right away. However, as usual we highly recommend that you download and install Optifine first before you try to use this pack. Why? Well because Optifine optimizes your device to help it use less Ram, giving you more resources for better FPS. Also gives you video settings and options to change the game's visuals to perform faster or look fancier.
