What is PvP Faithful 32x 1.8.9 UHC Texture Pack?

PvP Faithful is a resource pack for what is arguably the best time in Minecraft history for PvP: 1.8.9. Anyone familiar with MC PVP will know that this release is used by many for PVP servers even up until today. Because of 1.8.9 continued popularity, resource packs are still being released by the community, with creators adding their own artistic and personal flair to the PVP resource pack canon. To put it lightly, this texture pack is still considered as one of the best pvp texture pack 1.8.9 ever created. Let’s see how PVP Faithful fairs against its many rival resource packs, shall we?

Is PvP Faithful 32x 1.8.9 UHC Texture Pack a good pack?

Most definitely! This pack is a fantastic option for players who are drawn to the brawl but don’t like to detract too much from the vanilla Minecraft experience. Perfectly blending the needs of PVP and the style of default Minecraft, this pack deserves a slot in any fighter’s resource pack library.

So, what makes PvP Faithful so great? Well, this pack makes a great choice for player versus player game types in big part thanks to all of the classic PVP pack features that are included in it. You’ve got flashy sword textures, highlighted ores—the works. It’ll give you everything you need to have the extra edge over your opponents and will ensure that you’re not caught with your proverbial PVP pants down in the middle of a raging showdown.

The game is left relatively unchanged with this pack installed, save for a 32×32 resolution facelift. The author has done a good job of maintaining the charm and general style of Minecraft’s many blocks and items, and there’s never a moment where you feel like something is out of place.

That said, players who like to add a bit of personal style to their PVP setup won’t find much here, as the pack is very faithful and doesn’t stray off with its own character or own special touch in any way whatsoever.

Still, this pack makes a great option for those of you looking for a solid and safe choice for Minecraft PVP. Not too simple and not too complicated, PVP Faithful is an awesome middle of the road option that keeps the best of both worlds. How to install PvP Faithful 32x 1.8.9 UHC Texture Pack

To install PvP Faithful 32x, download the available zip file and place it on your desktop or other location of choice. Now go to Minecraft’s game files and make your way to the folder named ‘resourcepacks’. To open the folder quickly, simply go to Minecraft’s main menu and then go to options>resource packs>open resource pack folder. You can also go to the relevant file directory shown in the table below:

Place the zip file you downloaded into the resource pack folder and activate the pack in Minecraft’s in-game resource pack menu. Easy!
