If you want to purchase the premium version you can buy it from the Minecraft store. The full version has highly defined textures and runs at the higher pixel size.
The pack was originally designed for Minecraft 1.18 however it has already been updated to Minecraft 1.19 as per request of the fanbase that is steadily growing.
