Minecraft Castle: Super Mario Peach’s Castle

Super Mario Peach’s Castle is a colorful castle that you can explore! The castle is based on Super Mario character Princess Peach.

Super Mario Peach’s Castle is a fun and colorful castle modeled after Princess Peach. When first spawning in Super Mario Peach’s Castle, you are in a blue room with only signs on the wall and a pressure plate.

The signs explain that while there is not much to do around the map, it is still fun to look at. You will spawn with three potion effects, Jump Boost III, Speed VI, and Health Boost V. To enter the map, all you have to do is step on the pressure plate.

After stepping on the pressure plate, you will be teleported to a small dirt path leading to a red and white castle. There are a few colorful mushrooms around the castle and tall, blue walls surrounding the whole map.

When first entering the castle, the foyer is quite colorful with checkered tiles. In the middle, there is a colorful carpet with other red carpets off to the side, leading to separate staircases. After walking up the stairs, you will see a throne.

The seat of this throne happens to be a jukebox, and there is a chest of records right next to the chair. There is even a note that says to put the record in the jukebox for a surprise, so I would suggest doing so!

There are two rooms off to the side of the second floor, both of which are pretty plain. Each has one large painting on the wall and nothing else. That is all that can be explored inside the castle.

There seem to be different rooms that are not accessible unless you break blocks, but I am guessing they are only for decoration.

In the yard surrounding the castle, there is not much to explore. There are colorful, large mushroom structures scattered around the grass, but you can not go inside of them unless you break blocks.

Even if you do go inside, there is nothing to see. Beyond the large blue walls surrounding the castle is just flatland.

Overall, the castle itself was quite small without much to explore. It probably only takes about three minutes to see the whole thing. The record you can play in the jukebox was a nice touch, though.

I would have liked for the castle to have more to do inside. Some rooms are completely closed off, it would have been nice to have doors into those rooms with more to look at. Possibly a basement could have been added as well.

The castle itself is supposed to be Peach’s Castle from Super Mario, and it does have some distinct details that would point it in that direction, but it is a bit hard to tell it is supposed to be Peach’s Castle without hearing the name of the map.

Super Mario Peach’s Castle is a map for Minecraft 1.14.4.

Pros of Super Mario Peach’s Castle:

  • Very colorful and fun to explore.
  • It has nice detailing and stained glass windows.
  • A fun record can be found and played inside the castle.

Cons of Super Mario Peach’s Castle:

  • Very small and lacks details on the inside of the castle.
  • Some rooms aren’t accessible on the inside, they are only for decoration.
  • It only takes a few minutes to walk through the entire map.

How do I install Minecraft Castles

Download the map file and, using a file extractor, export the contents of the file to a location on your computer. When that’s finished, locate the directory where your Minecraft saves are kept. This will be different depending on the operating system of your computer. If you’re not sure where to look, use the table below:

OS Location
Windows %APPDATA%\.minecraft
macOS ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux ~/.minecraft

Just place the Spooner Street folder into your saves folder and just select the save from your Minecraft single player saves list.

The same process applies for multiplayer too, but the location of your saves folder is always different depending on what client or server software you use.
