KDesp’s Better Default Lite version Texture Pack 1.15.2 is a beautiful resource pack that has totally won me over with its perfect blend of classic Minecraft and custom content. By keeping vanilla Minecraft’s strengths always at an arm’s length, the pack manages to avoid straying too far from what makes the game so iconic in the first place. And with a clear talent for texture design, the pack is incredibly good to look at too.

The short answer is yes! The long answer is yeeeeeeeeeees! I have to admit that KDesp’s Better Default Lite version Texture Pack 1.15.2 is a fantastic pack that really manages to tick all the boxes for what I consider to make up the perfect type of resource pack.

When you boot up Minecraft with KDesp’s Better Default Lite version Texture Pack 1.15.2 installed, the first thing you’ll likely notice is the pack’s distinct and beautiful skybox. Keeping things relatively subtle and realistic, the pack’s skybox is a gorgeous sky blue that really brightens up the world without distracting from any of the blocks that make up the game’s terrain. It’s really a nice thing to see when too many creators rely on gaudy and garish skyboxes that end up ruining the whole feel of the game.

There’s plenty of new textures and details to be found scattered all around the game’s different blocks and items too, with my personal favourite being the pack’s new selection of stained glass windows. As an avid Minecraft builder and designer, having such a big collection of new materials, textures and designs to work with absolutely makes my day.

The GUI has also seen a much welcomed upgrade. Rather than the vanilla game’s somewhat bland hotbar and its white colour scheme, KDesp’s Better Default Lite version Texture Pack 1.15.2 opts for a mature and sleek variation.

So all in all, KDesp’s Better Default Lite version Texture Pack 1.15.2 is a fantastic pack that is definitely getting a permanent slot in my resource pack rotation. I fell in love with its tasteful and effective design and I urge you all to check it out!
