This clean and neat resource pack was designed and created by the pack maker who uses the alias 0cea. According to him, this pack was inspired by Angel Netherite Armor.
The whole concept of this retexture is pretty straight forward, to change the way this gray and boring glider looks. The current design has some Faithful essence in it since it is aligned with some original Minecraft themes.
So, 0cea designed something which was clean, neat, with nice gradients and shading. He then added tons of details and hence the Angel Wing Elytra was born.
