Although specifically for the Voyager series, any fans of Star Trek are bound to get a lot of fun out of this sci-fi themed resource pack. Full of computers, buttons and flashing lights, this is a high quality pack that offers a lot despite the out of this world theme.

What is Voyager Texture Pack 1.15.1 like to play with?

As someone who hasn’t even watched Star Trek, let alone Voyager, the thought of reviewing a Star Trek themed resource pack left me a little out of my depth. However, after installing Voyager Texture Pack 1.15.1, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of high quality content I had at my disposal. 

Despite not really knowing the source material, I was incredibly thrilled to see so much custom 3D content. Exploring the pack’s dozens of unique blocks and items was a joy to do and I loved sifting through the pack’s thematic science fiction content. The detail here is just the highest you can really hope to get. Lots of well-made 3D models combined with a ton of animate textures ultimately creates a dynamic and immersive experience.

A downside to Voyager Texture Pack 1.15.1 is that obviously if you aren’t a fan of Star Trek, this pack is probably too specific for you as it doesn’t offer a generic sci-fi experience. What’s more is that due to the nature of the pack, the art style won’t really work with general Minecraft maps. Clearly where the pack will thrive is in custom Star Trek adventure maps as well as dedicated servers.

So that’s it! A perfect pack for trekkies who love Minecraft or Minecraft players who would like to indulge in their nerdy side. Full of fantastic custom content, this pack would make an awesome resource for any creator’s science fiction adventure map or server.
