As the name sort of gives away, Universal Season Autumn 1.15 is a resource pack that imposes a never ending season of autumn upon the world of Minecraft. Trees are suddenly forever browning, and, well, that’s pretty much it really! What else do you want from autumn? What is Universal Season Autumn 1.15 like to play with?

If you’re a lover of autumn—which I must readily admit that I am—you will love Universal Season Autumn 1.15. However, there isn’t really a ton of content to play around with here. As only one part of a wider set of 4 season packs, understandably the content is spread amongst all of them, rather than condensed into a single pack. 

As a semi-vanilla pack, Universal Season Autumn 1.15 keeps things very basic and never strays far from the path. Ultimately, there’s only really a few minor changes to the Minecraft world. Most obvious is the different colours of the leaves on trees, but there’s clear changes to the game’s colour palette all over to produce a much moodier and atmospheric vibe. What’s great is that the ‘universal’ part in Universal Season Autumn 1.15 stands for the pack’s universal nature when it comes to other resource packs. Thanks to the pack’s clever use of textures and how resource packs work internally, this all means you can stack Universal Autumn on top of practically any resource pack you like, which isn’t a feature you see very often in resource packs for Minecraft!

Installing Universal Season Autumn 1.15 is an easy process. However, if you’ve never installed a resource pack before, it can be tricky to know what to do. That’s why we’ve put together a short and simple guide below on installing resource packs for Minecraft 1.15.

First, you (obviously) need to download the zip file for Universal Season Autumn 1.15. When it’s downloaded and ready, put it aside for the time being.
