It seems to be a common theme to have puzzle solving in Halloween maps, but instead of dragging out the start with a long story, Night Shift on Halloween jumps you straight into the very first puzzle just after a few lines of dialogue. If you’ve played any kind of Minecraft puzzle maps before, you should be able to breeze through the first portion of the map where you’re tasked with decorating a room with Halloween decorations. 

As you continue to play, you’ll be given more puzzles and exploration tasks to solve. Simple things like finding objects to throw in a cauldron, or finding a key to open a desk drawer. But as you’re doing these tasks, be prepared, the map creator has thrown in a bunch of jump scares. Some might just take you by surprise. I don’t want to ruin any of them but let’s just say they are around almost every corner. If you care more about puzzles and exploration or want a fun.
