This pack’s theme is, you guessed it, red. A red tinge has been added to tons of aspects of the game, with the most noticeable being your faithful diamond sword, tools and armour being given a total upgrade that leaves them looking as if they are made of rare rubies.

Now let’s get into more detail in regards to the PVP items: If you love to play Minecraft PVP then you will know that having an easily accessible arsenal at your disposal is fundamental if you want to have any chance at winning a match. The new item textures are great, and they contrast nicely against other parts of the pack, especially the new red items. However, the pack fails to deliver on all items, and those such as the bow have been left completely unaltered, which is a bit disappointing.

The hotbar is equally important here, and players need to be able to quickly spot their items in any situation. The GUI hotbar has seen some improvements, with the creator going for a more simplistic and minimal look. This actually works very well at decluttering everything on screen, however, I find the gradient used to decorate the hotbar makes everything a bit muddier and the pack could have benefited with a lighter colour selection in this area.
