I personally find semi-vanilla packs to be at their best when they are combined with some of your other favourite semi-vanilla or small packs so that you can really personalise your Minecraft experience. But how does this pack fair on its own?

I’d say this pack is definitely worth checking out if you’re one of the types of players I just mentioned. There’s enough content to warrant an install but not too much that it’s going to throw your current visuals off track. There’s a decent amount of block texture changes, such as in the beds, which now all have custom colour-coded variants, and there’s new block details such as the 3D models for minecart rails.

Ultimately the biggest downside is in part due to the type of pack this is. If you want a new pack that will blow your socks off, this isn’t it. But if you are after a pack that will bring you closer to your dream Minecraft visual experience, then this could be a key player. Like I said, best stacked up with some other similar packs, but not really offensive when installed on its own.
