You bet! This is a great pack for any self-respecting PVP player. Made especially for the golden period for PVP, 1.8, this is a pack that is perfect for all kinds of PVP players in all types of situations. The foundation of the pack is based on the game’s default set of textures but with some various changes.

The biggest changes can be seen in the game’s collection of armour and weaponry, where the swords have been given awesome new textures that make them look as menacing as deadly weapons should. It’s clearly very inspired by the game’s default swords, but it injects enough perceptible personality that it manages to create something totally unique with only a few design tweaks.

The new armour is very flashy too, which not only makes you feel cool, but offers a tactical advantage in that you can spot enemies a lot easier. Again, these new textures are inspired by the default set, but add more detail and character for a more interesting visual experience.

Unfortunately, since this pack is for 1.8, you won’t be able to enjoy the new content in the same style. However, the pack works just fine in 1.16, so you’ll be able to easily swap between whichever Minecraft version you’re currently playing.

I highly recommend this pack to all kinds of players who enjoy PVP and vanilla Minecraft. It’s a super simple pack but it adds that certain je ne sais quoi that you sometimes need to spice things up.

How to install Default Revamp [16x] FPS Pack 1.8 / 1.8.9 – UHC PvP Texture Pack

Consider yourself a PVP master but require a resource pack that can provide the extra edge over your foes? Just use my simple guide down below that will show you how to install this, and most other resource packs. Note: you won’t need file extractor software for this installation process.

The first step is to download the Default Revamp zip file. And when that’s done, keep the file on-hand until later. Next, move the zip file into your Minecraft resource pack folder. You can find this by starting up Minecraft and going to options>resource packs. Once you’re there, click “open resource pack folder” to automatically open the folder.
